One-on-one coaching

Are you ready to start or continue your individual wellness journey, and are you looking for support and guidance along the way that is tailored to suit your unique context, needs, and goals? Then one-on-one coaching is for you.
6 or 12-week packages are highly recommended for long-term change and results.
- Single session: 900 DKK (90 minutes)
A one-off session that focuses on a topic and goal of your choosing.
- 6-week package: 4,900 DKK (6 weekly sessions, 90 minutes each)
Sessions over 6 consecutive weeks that focus on either a single topic or multiple topics, based on your overarching goal(s). See below* for an outline.
- 12-week package: 9,200 DKK (12 weekly sessions, 90 minutes each)

Group coaching

Are you a group of individuals – be it friends, family, colleagues, or acquaintances – that have a shared goal around wellbeing? And does the prospect of collaboration towards that goal appeal to you? Then group coaching is for you.
6-week packages are highly recommended for long-term change and results.

Weekly theme
Coaching objective
Week 1: Holistic wellness assessment, visioning, and roadmap
Establish a baseline of your overall health and wellbeing, and gain clarity on your wellness goals.
Week 2: Your internal environment
Examine your thoughts, beliefs, emotions, and feelings, and understand how change begins in the mind.
Weeks 3-5 / Weeks 3-11: Any theme that is relevant to your goals, for example: nutrition; movement; sleep; stress management; relaxation; detoxification; career & purpose; habits & productivity; relationships; creativity, fun & leisure; and more.
Deep-dive into various key themes of holistic wellbeing and explore them through the lens of your unique context, needs, and goals.
Week 6 / Week 12: Maintenance planning
Solidify your long-term plan so that your new wellness practices can continue beyond our coaching sessions together.
