Coaching objective

Week 1: Holistic wellness assessment, visioning, and roadmap

Establish a baseline of your overall health and wellbeing, and gain clarity on your wellness goals.

Week 2: Your internal environment

Examine your thoughts, beliefs, emotions, and feelings, and understand how change begins in the mind.

Weeks 3-5 / Weeks 3-11: Any theme that is relevant to your goals, for example: nutrition; movement; rest; stress; relaxation; detoxification; career & purpose; habits & productivity; relationships; creativity, fun & leisure; and more.

Deep-dive into various key themes of holistic wellbeing and explore them through the lens of your unique context, needs, and goals.

Week 6 / Week 12: Maintenance planning

Solidify your long-term plan so that your new wellness practices can continue beyond our coaching sessions together.
