What
Led jointly by Liliana de Lima, a world-renowned professional dancer of various genres, and Riikka Jalasvirta, MSc, IPHM, a Certified Holistic Lifestyle and Nutrition Coach – this unique one-day event will guide you through the basics of holistic wellness through fun hands-on activities that tap into your mind-body and soul. Get ready to connect with your community, be inspired, and immerse yourself in all things wellbeing:
Healthy lifestyle, Mind-body connection, Habits, Nutrition, Movement, Sound therapy, Dance therapy, and Meditation
We cannot give from an empty cup. This is why recharging your own batteries through regular self-care is important. Because when we take care of ourselves, we are much better equipped and energized to serve those around us, too.

- 10:00-11:00 – Welcome, introductions, group facilitation + morning tea/coffee (Liliana, Riikka)
- 11:00-12:00 – Foundations of holistic wellbeing and the mind-body connection; cultivating healthy habits for a balanced lifestyle; nutrition as your wellness ally (Riikka)
- 12:00-13:00 – Healthy lunch & snacks – included in ticket price; see below for menu
- 13:00-14:00 – Community connection and harnessing the power of your voice with sound therapy (Liliana)
- 14:00-15:00 – Maintaining mind-body health with movement & outdoor walk (Riikka)
- 15:00-15:15 – Tea/coffee break
- 15:15-17:00 – Getting out of your head and into your body: dance therapy, connecting with deep Afrobrazilian rhythms, and closing relaxing meditation (Liliana)

Riikka Jalasvirta, MSc, IPHM

Riikka is a Certified Holistic Lifestyle and Nutrition Coach, Advanced, from The MindBodyFood Institute in Australia. She is the Founder of Infinnate Holistic Wellness, a health coaching business that helps empower individuals, groups, and organizations to vitality. She is also a Member of the International Institute for Complementary Therapists and the International Practitioners of Holistic Medicine. Her goal is to support you to become an empowered leader of your own life so you can supercharge your vitality and attain more joy, peace, and freedom. Her approach is both proactive, addressing root causes of imbalance; as well as holistic, combining mental, emotional, physical, and spiritual elements. She supports clients with various themes of wellbeing, including nutrition, movement, rest, stress, habits, productivity, career, purpose, creativity, fun, and leisure, among many others.

Liliana de Lima

Liliana is a world renowned dance teacher and organiser. She has worked with social couples dancing for 12+ years and is a pioneer in her field. She is well known for her group facilitating abilities and her strong pedagogical approach. For the past 5 years she has certified 200+ dance teachers worldwide and has been working in every corner of the world. Liliana works with inner connection and nonverbal communication between couples through movement and dance and has inspired thousands of social dancers worldwide.

Furthermore, Copenkiz aims to enhance relations between couples through non-verbal communication as part of improvised social dancing.
